Prices are in US dollars a month, for churches of up to 500 approved members. Pay yearly and you pay for 10 months: 2 months are free.
Lite

Price by church size
Above 500 approved members, every further 500 members (or part of 500) adds 20% of the package price: $10 for Lite, $15 for Standard and $20 for Full. Members are counted at the start of each billing period, so an invoice never changes partway through.

The storage fee
Standard and Full include recordings, so they carry a storage fee of $15 a month, plus 20% for every further 500members above 500. It includes 250 GB on Standard or 500 GB on Full, and members can stream and download without limits, within fair use. Extra storage is $5 per 100 GB a month. Videos you keep on YouTube or Vimeo don’t count.

What it costs: two examples
A 300-member church on Standard
$75 for Standard + $15 storage fee = $90 a month, or $100 with Radio.
Paying yearly: $900 a year.
A 1,000-member church on Full
$120 for Full + $18 storage fee = $138 a month, or $148 with Radio.
Paying yearly: $1,380 a year.
Onboarding
A one-off fee when you start: $100 (Lite), $200 (Standard) or $300 (Full). It covers setting up your church, a check of your branding, help with your first uploads, help with your own domain, importing your members list and a training session for your admins. Moving a large back catalogue, or a songbook from other software, is quoted separately.
